Interleukin-17A-Related Inflammation Mediates Cardiac Injury in Chronic Relapsing Psoriasis-Like Mouse Model

Chronic inflammation in psoriasis, driven by interleukin-17A, can impair heart function. Long-term inflammation in mice led to cardiac damage, which was reversed by blocking this key inflammatory marker.
