Summary

Cataract surgery using the Alcon Centurion Vision System with Active Fluidics did not significantly impact the ganglion cell layer (GCL) or retinal function. An increase in retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness was observed, likely due to pre-operative lens opacity.
