    Background:

    • Neck contouring is often achieved through suction lipectomy or face/neck lifts.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of suction lipectomy for submandibular fat removal without a simultaneous face/neck lift.
    • To determine if apparent excess skin in the neck is required for contouring after fat removal.
