This study shows that just-in-time adaptive interventions (JITAIs) delivered via smartphone can effectively reduce daily stress and depressive rumination. The mobile intervention, based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), was feasible and helpful for participants, demonstrating potential for mental health care.
