Abstract:
Previous work identified a novel bacterium, FD111, as a likely agent of a Nannochloropsis salina pond infection, demonstrating predatory attributes. Here, we generated a draft genome and identified the bacterium as belonging to the genus Oligoflexus, within the Oligoflexia class.
