[Renal and nephronal function diagnosis in the aged experimental rat]

This study presents a novel method for assessing rat kidney function without microbes or invasive techniques. It accurately measures glomerular filtration and tubular secretion/reabsorption of water, sodium, and para-aminohippuric acid.
