Summary

Choriocarcinoma brain metastases can be treated effectively with surgery and chemotherapy alone, achieving complete remission. This approach avoids whole brain radiotherapy (WBRT), potentially reducing neurocognitive risks in patients with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN).
