Efgartigimod Combined With Steroid Treatment for HAM/TSP: A Case Report

This case study shows that combining efgartigimod with corticosteroids can significantly improve symptoms in patients with refractory HTLV-1-associated myelopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis (HAM/TSP), including spasticity and bladder function.
