Summary

A simplified Spondyloarthritis Research Consortium of Canada (SPARCC) MRI score offers a faster, reliable method for tracking axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) disease activity. This new tool significantly reduces assessment time while maintaining comparable accuracy to the original score.
