Abstract:
Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Picosynechococcus sp. strain NKBG15041c, which was isolated from coastal seawater in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. In addition, we determined the complete sequences of three associated plasmids. This genome information provides important insights into the mechanism of understanding the high stress tolerance of this strain.
