A bioequivalent cornea cross-linking method using photo-initiators LAP and visible light

A new method using lithium phenyl-2,4,6-trimethylbenzoylphosphinate (LAP) and visible light (VL) effectively stiffens corneas. This safer alternative to riboflavin/ultraviolet A (RF/UVA) minimizes cell damage and aids healing, benefiting patients with thin corneas.
