Two-Year Functional and Radiographic Outcomes Following Large Lesser Tuberosity Osteotomy in Stemless Anatomic Total

Stemless anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty with a large lesser tuberosity osteotomy shows excellent 2-year functional and radiographic outcomes. Most patients achieved good healing and strength, with few complications requiring revision.
