Saliva as a TDM Matrix and Its Application in the Model-Informed Precision Dosing

Saliva is a viable matrix for therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) for many drugs, offering potential for precision drug delivery. Further clinical studies are needed to verify population pharmacokinetic (Pop PK) models based on saliva TDM.
