Immediate Effects of the Forehead Exercise for Suprahyoid Muscles: A Case Series

A single session of the Forehead Exercise for Suprahyoid Muscles (FESM) significantly reduced penetration and aspiration events in patients with dysphagia. This simple exercise may be a practical preparatory technique to lower the risk of airway invasion during swallowing.
