The emergency medical care service is an important component of national development, and it is a typical cross-agencies collaboration task. In the mass casualty incident, it is very difficult for integrating the data from various agencies. And the on-site commander also difficult get the whole situation about patient information. Clear, timely information sharing and common standard are key to successful collaboration task. Thus, we propose the emergency medical care standard process to track the patient in mass casualty incident. Finally, we also simulate the real case to show the result of patient tracking.
