Abstract:
Indonesia's Ministry of Health launched the SatuSehat platform in 2022 to unify Electronic Health Record (EHR) data and improve interoperability nationwide. By December 2024, all healthcare providers were required to submit encounter and diagnosis data. This study analyzed dashboard data from 33,901 facilities to assess submission fidelity. In October, 58% met the 50% threshold, but rates declined by December when the target increased to 100%. Findings highlight disparities across facility types and regions, underscoring the need for targeted support, stronger monitoring, and strategies to ensure sustainable EHR adoption.
