This study presents a comprehensive IoT-based framework designed to support safe, effective, and personalized home rehabilitation. The system integrates three primary device types: medical-grade sensors, an IoT-enabled exercise bike, and commercial wearable trackers. Together, these components enable real-time data streaming, cloud-based analytics, and clinician-driven exercise prescriptions. The system supports various user interfaces-including VR and mobile apps-to deliver engaging feedback and optimize adherence.
