Abstract:
Cardiovascular diseases are the leading global cause of death. This randomized trial with 48 at-risk participants found that continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) significantly improved healthy lifestyle behaviors. Both groups improved, but the CGM group showed the greatest gains, highlighting CGM's role in promoting awareness and prevention.
