Language barriers hinder foreign caregivers in home-based care. We developed a multilingual platform with automated translation for seamless health data recording and real-time communication. It streamlines workflows, reducing translation steps from seven to three. A survey of 18 healthcare professionals confirmed improved communication efficiency and accuracy, with strong user retention for long-term use.
