The existing virtual education systems in nursing do not adequately align with the random, dynamic, and variable scenarios essential for developing clinical decision-making skills, thus hindering nursing students' proficiency. This study developed a generative virtual reality training system for clinical decision-making skills and conducted a randomized controlled trial with nursing students to verify its effectiveness in enhancing these skills.
