Tenecteplase in practice: A rural tele-stroke network's experience

The transition to Tenecteplase (TNK) for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) in a rural telestroke network showed similar safety and treatment times compared to Alteplase (tPA). TNK improved procedural efficiency and functional outcomes for large vessel occlusion (LVO) patients.
