A new technique for tenodesis of the tibialis posterior in the Kidner procedure

When performing the Kidner procedure, the tibialis posterior tendon is advanced and reattached to the navicular. The authors present a new technique utilizing a cancellous screw and polyacetal resin washer to attach the tendon to the navicular. A case presentation and discussion of the procedure is presented.
