None:
Two Chinese female patients with upper eyelid retraction from thyroid-associated orbitopathy developed consecutive ptosis after transconjunctival mullerectomy. This case series presents the correction of ptosis in both cases through Müller Muscle conjunctival resection ptosis correction, which has not been previously described in the literature. Our findings suggest that Müller Muscle conjunctival resection may be effective even after prior resection of Müller Muscle.
