[Problems and future in judgement of treatment effects]

In order to evaluate treatment method or to obtain difference among 2 or 3 different treatment methods, factors such as grouping of patient's condition, suitable effect scoring system and duration of effects are important. Relapse free survival rate is important to evaluate treatment policy towards primary disease. Rate of preservation of larynx or breast after radiation therapy will be another important point to evaluate treatment method of these diseases.
