    • A sclerosing solution was administered directly into the cyst using a needle previously employed for aspiration biopsy cytology.

    Findings:

    • The minimally invasive procedure involved targeted injection of a sclerosing agent.
    • One year of follow-up revealed no evidence of cyst recurrence following the sclerotherapy.

    Implications:

    • Sclerotherapy represents a potentially effective and less invasive alternative to surgery for parathyroid cysts.
