Abstract:
We isolated 14 species of Enterococcal phages from wastewater treatment facilities in Arlington, Austin, and Laredo, Texas, USA. Taxonomically they fall into the viral genera Efquatrovirus, Saphexavirus, and Kochikohdavirus. One phage, Revolver, is genomically distinct compared with the other phage but most closely aligns with the Kochikohdavirus genus.
