PGT-A in POSEIDON Patients - perspectives and limitations

Patients in the POSEIDON group show similar willingness for preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) as non-POSEIDON patients. However, PGT-A success rates are significantly lower for POSEIDON patients due to fewer blastocysts and lower euploidy rates.

- The overall PGT-A success rate is substantially lower in POSEIDON patients, primarily due to insufficient oocytes or blastocysts for biopsy and lower euploidy rates, especially in older age groups (≥35 years).
