Extraperitoneal Single-Port Robot-Assisted Radical Prostatectomy for a Massive Prostate: A Case Report

This study demonstrates the successful use of extraperitoneal single-port robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (SP-RARP) for a massive prostate gland weighing 143g. This technique overcomes limitations of reduced instrument force, proving SP-RARP is feasible for enlarged prostates.
