Youth and young adults (YYA) with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) experience distinct challenges during healthcare transitions.

To explore perceptions of needs during the healthcare transition for YYA with IDD and YYA with IDD and co-occurring MH conditions.
To identify barriers and required supports from the perspective of community-based organizations, advocates, and providers.
