Abstract:
Intracranial pseudotumoral lesions pose a considerable diagnostic challenge, arising from various etiologies, with multiple sclerosis being 1 such etiology. While characteristic radiologic features often enable differentiation from neoplastic processes, in certain instances, pseudotumoral lesions can present similarly to highly malignant tumors, complicating the diagnostic process.
