The blood urea nitrogen to serum albumin ratio (BAR) and inflammatory prognostic index (IPI) can predict major adverse complications (MACs) after surgical aorta valve replacement (SAVR). Higher levels of BAR and IPI, especially with elevated left atrium volume (LAV), indicate increased risk.
