Childhood Cancer Survivorship Globally: A Systematic Review

Childhood cancer survivorship research is concentrated in high-income countries, with physical effects being the most studied domain. Global data does not reflect the survivor population, necessitating increased support for research in diverse regions and study areas.

Conclusions:
- The current body of childhood cancer survivorship research does not adequately represent the global survivor population.
- Equitable long-term outcomes for all childhood cancer survivors worldwide require enhanced support for research in underrepresented regions and diverse study areas.
