[Chronobiological aspects of peptic ulcer]

The authors substantiated a new approach to the problem of peptic ulcer in terms of chronobiology. The presence of external and internal dyschronism in this disease was shown. Basing on the observations of protein synthesis in the gastric mucosa and clinical observations a review of the concepts of the time-period of exacerbation of gastric and duodenal ulcers was proposed.
