Abstract:
Acromioclavicular joint injuries are common. Modern surgical techniques aim to restore anatomy and function while enabling early rehabilitation. We present the triple anatomical technique, which combines anatomic coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction with a synthetic graft, acromioclavicular ligament reconstruction using coracoacromial ligament transfer, and deltotrapezial fascia repair. This approach is safe, reproducible, and effectively restores joint stability, supporting early recovery and return to sports.
