Abstract:
In this work, for the first time, a new porous material was prepared from 1,3,5-benzene tricarboxylic acid with self-assembled method and then the synthesized material was utilized as a sorbent to extract some pesticides from grape juice samples. The synthesis of the sorbent was plainly and easy. The successful evaluation of the prepared sorbent was specified by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller nitrogen sorption/desorption, hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance, and scanning electron microscopy. In the first stage, the intended analytes were adsorbed onto the sorbent surface from an aqueous solution containing 30 % (w/v) Na2SO4 and then the analytes onto the sorbent surface were eluted by acetonitrile. In the second stage, 1,1,2-trichloroethane at microliter level was added into the eluate containing the analytes. The mixture was injected into deionized water and vortexed and centrifuged. Ultimately, 1 μL of the sedimented phase was injected into the gas chromatograph equipped with a flame ionization detector. The analytical properties of the proposed method included low limits of detection and quantification (0.06-1.07 and 0.21-3.41 μg L-1, respectively), wide linear ranges of the calibration curves, adequate extraction recoveries (39-92 %), and high enrichment factors (100-450).
