However, significant risks exist for individuals with severe psychiatric conditions.

To analyze the dual nature of psychotherapy chatbots: their benefits and dangers.
To examine the potential impact of AI on the field of psychotherapy and therapist training.
To propose adaptive strategies for human therapists in the face of AI advancements.

Main Methods:

Qualitative analysis of current AI capabilities in mental health.
Review of potential risks associated with chatbot use (addiction, privacy, exploitation).
Exploration of the current stance of psychotherapy professionals towards AI.
