Summary

Micro-lymphatic invasion (MLI) is a critical independent prognostic factor in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). Incorporating MLI assessment improves survival predictions beyond lymph node metastasis (LNM) and micro-vascular invasion (MVI).
