[Abnormal movement disclosing craniopharyngioma. Apropos of 2 cases]

Two cases of abnormal movements (hemichorea and ballismus) resulting from craniopharyngiomas are reported and discussed. They highlight the infiltrative nature of these tumors. Tumoral causes of extrapyramidal signs are rare but should be kept in mind.
