Pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) treatment with cytoreductive surgery (CRS) plus hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) is standard abroad but limited in Japan due to insurance issues. This study shares methods and outcomes to expand access to this vital PMP therapy.
