Summary

Patients with Chiari malformation type 2 (CMT2) exhibit a shorter sphenoid ridge length (L-SR), indicating a narrower anterior fossa. However, middle fossa depth, assessed by sphenoid ridge angle (A-SR), remains similar in CMT2 patients compared to controls.
