Summary

Adding gonadotrophin-releasing-hormone analogues (GnRHa) to progesterone (P) significantly improves pregnancy outcomes in women undergoing fertility treatments. This approach enhances luteal phase support, leading to higher implantation and live birth rates compared to progesterone alone.
