Cystathionine as a Potential Urinary Marker for Diagnosing and Assessing Pretreatment Risk in Neuroblastoma

Urinary cystathionine (CTN) shows promise as a novel biomarker for neuroblastoma diagnosis and risk stratification. This study found CTN outperformed established markers like homovanillic acid (HVA) and vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) in assessing neuroblastoma risk before invasive procedures.
