Abstract:
We report a rare case of nasopharyngeal low-grade papillary adenocarcinoma (LGPA) incidentally discovered in a young female patient following a road traffic accident. This case highlights the diagnostic process, imaging findings, histopathological features, and therapeutic management, including surgical resection and postoperative radiotherapy.
