Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) and angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs) can cause bradykinin-mediated angioedema (AE). This review discusses the mechanisms, unmet needs in diagnosis and treatment, and management of drug-induced angioedema.
