Chlorambucil monotherapy effectively treated protein-losing nephropathy (PLN) in dogs with presumed immune-mediated glomerulonephritis (ICGN). This approach showed significant clinical improvement and was well-tolerated, offering a new therapeutic option for canine PLN.
