Abstract:
A molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor (MIECS) was constructed for selective determination of amlodipine (AML) based on zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF8) and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (f-MWCNT). f-MWCNT enhanced the electron transfer rate of the sensor and amplified the current signal response. The rigid structure of ZIF8 can be used as a support material for the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) film to protect the imprinted cavity. The MIP film was obtained by electropolymerization with amlodipine (AML) as the template molecule and nicotinamide (NA) as the functional monomer. The sensor could complete the sensitive detection of AML in the linear range from 10-13 M to 10-7 M, with a detection limit of 3.21 × 10-14 M. In addition, the recovery in tap water and tablets was satisfactory.
