    Summary

    Limited lung cancer surgery (wedge resection or segmentectomy) offers favorable prognosis for early-stage (T1N0, T2N0) disease, especially in patients with cardiopulmonary issues. This approach leads to better outcomes and faster recovery compared to lobectomy.
