Targeting APOC3 with Olezarsen in Moderate Hypertriglyceridemia

Olezarsen significantly reduced triglyceride levels in patients with moderate hypertriglyceridemia and elevated cardiovascular risk. This novel antisense oligonucleotide therapy offers a promising new option for managing high triglycerides.
