Abstract:
SETD2 -related overgrowth syndrome, also called Luscan-Lumish syndrome (OMIM 616831), is a rare pathology characterized by neurological disorders, speech delay, facial dysmorphism, and overweight. In contrast, bilateral condylar hyperplasia is a condition rarely reported in the literature with which the maxillofacial surgeon may be faced. However, to date, there are no known cases in the literature where these 2 conditions are associated. Therefore, the case of a 15-year-old patient with these conditions is presented.
