Abstract
None:
Anorectal malformations (ARM)being the common congenital anomalies occurring in 1 in 4000-5000 newborns. Associated recto urethral fistula being the most common in males and recto vestibular fistula being the common in females. Hence ARMs require staged surgical procedures. 50-60 % of ARMs have associated systemic anomalies including gastrointestinal tract. Association of ARM with Meckel's diverticulum has not been described in literature so far and its use as a replacement for vagina is altogether a rarity.
